Our staging package includes up to 60 days of rental time. Most of our staged homes sell within this timeframe, however, renewals are available on a month-to-month basis (at a reduced rate), just in case. For model units in large mutli-family properties, we include 180 days minimum. We do not prorate unused time.

We’ve found that our clients have more success when we stage the whole home, so we’ve shifted our approach to provide the best results. While this is our recommendation, we’re willing to be flexible — just reach out and let us know what you need!

Our rates start at $3,000 for smaller homes and apartments and include 60 days of furniture + decor. From there, our rates increase depending on the size of the home and other factors. Because each home is unique, we recommend scheduling a complimentary walkthrough so that we can view the home and create a custom proposal.

We do not stage occupied homes. All of our staged homes must remain vacant and uninhabited while our contract is in effect.

We do! While we require full payment to book your stage, we partner with Klarna to make it even more easy and convenient for you to stage with us. Klarna is a payment platform that allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments and is available through our simple invoicing system.

We are based in Ferndale and most of the homes we stage are in Metro Detroit, but we are happy to travel! For homes an hour or more away, an additional fee will apply.

Staged Detroit does not currently offer interior design services, but our partner company, Maranto Design Co. does! Maranto Design Co offers an array of remodeling and furnishing services for residential and commercial spaces for homeowners, investors, and small business owners.
